npx react-native init MyTestApp command is not installing the react-native in MAC

I’m trying to install and run the react native todo command - npx react-native init MyTestApp in my local MacBook Pro. The following are the issues I’m facing:
-
Cocapod dependencies are not installing.
- I did follow to manually install the dependencies, still i face the issue as below:

I have installed the Xcode in mac OS already. May I know what are the Steps I’m missing to installing the dependencies and to run the React native application ?

I had the exact issue today, and this solved the problem for me (running Xcode Version 11.5 (11E608c))
Command line tools was empty in Xcode Preferences > Locations. Select the only option available. Then “install pods” works fine.

@ZeroCool00 yeah you are right, this is xcode problem. I uninstalled and installed it worked. Thanks!
