Files doesn't work with my cooperate (company) PC
See original GitHub issueDescription
After installed, I noticed that following function is not working in my cooperate PC:
- System context menu doesn’t show 3rd-party software like TotoiseSVN
- OneDrive for Business folder is not displayed in Left-Side Bar (is this feature not implemented?)
- Run “Open in Terminal…” is not working
I supposed that the following application installed in my PC may conflict with Files, but I hope you can check detail from log file:
- Carbon Black Cloud Sensor
- Trend Micro Apex One
- System Group Policy may be controlled by my cooperate
Steps To Reproduce
- Right click on empty area of a folder
- Check the Left-side bar
- Right click on a folder, then select “Open in Terminal…”
Expected behavior
- Context menu item for 3rd-party software like TotoiseSVN should show up
- OneDrive for Business should show up
- Command Prompt window should open

Thanks for the report. #6600 should fix this issue. Basically Files does not work correctly on Windows 10 < 2004. I understand you’ve got a PC on which Files is working, what’s its windows version?
This issue should be resolved with #6600.
