Inconsistent behavior of setting min-date

We can not select the day 2016-09-20 screen shot 2016-05-20 at 13 40 53

But we can select the day 2015-09-02 if we set min-date in different format screen shot 2016-05-20 at 13 41 03

Is it a expected result?

minDate tested working properly both in UTC (https://github.com/chmln/flatpickr/commit/eab4374f59e0122bad7936e566b0e2de9c7065b1#diff-51ad6ed16e74144ae6e17bbd53d35a5bR769) and non-UTC modes 🎉

Shall any problems arise in the future, feel free to comment and I’ll reopen the issue.

https://github.com/chmln/flatpickr/commit/9bae58137402c7ff87bb301cd1342457f8437bbc fixed numerous issues.
