It seems like a handy system.
IF it’s intended to work this way, i suggest always placing the most recent popup on top of all the other ones. Currently, there is no dynamic system that regulates this. For example, the o

No this was introduced rather accidentally with the multi-touch support, thus allowing for multiple popups to receive inputs from one unique pointer. Intended is that only the last popup is visible and any previously opened popups close themselves.
