Add option to bookbot to do X pages at a time
See original GitHub issueA simple request was trying the chunk dupe exploit on a server but because of the book packet being so large the server kicks you. So would it be possible to add an option .bookbot pages X to do X pages at a time to bypass any packet limit plugins on the server.

you can add the :PAGE: delimiter to the .book file if you want to limit the number of pages each book is. but keep in mind its gonna take like 5k books to hit the limit with the new limits.
