IMHO we should always, refer to the brand guidelines or styling that is used on their official docs, website etc.
Example: https://reactjs.org/ -> React

I agree with @RandellDawson on this. While we are very interested in making things more consistent, it should not come at the cost of clogging things up. We should do this two steps:
