Screen not showing any code

Please describe how to reproduce this issue, and include links to screenshots if possible.
Actually when the screen loads it should show the code i wrote in the previous slide, but it shows only this one line, if i write whole of that code again here (or copy it) then it shows error in script tag as if JQuery is not running.

By the first looks of this looks like someone/somehow is injecting “malicious code” on the pages. Please try the below and let us know how it works:
