Recognize all contributors (implement all-contributors approach)

As agreed in #1514 we will implement changes to recognize all contribotors.

Things to do:

• Install all-contributors bot on the monorepo
• integrate all-contributors cli in the monorepo (use yarn famadd to add people)
• Integrate with repo-wide management scripts (use yarn reconfigure to update all README files

All done. Now we just need to process the backlog of adding all contributors 🙂
