Playback very stutter/laggy

Description

Lavalink has been recently very stuttery/laggy on playback of practically everything. I have tested this on multiple server providers and have concluded that this is an issue with Lavalink and not any internal/external factors (networking issues, CPU usage, latency, etc.)

I’m closing this issue because I have already found a fix to this issue. Java 13 seems to act weird with Lavalink. The solution is to use anything above Java 15 oddly enough. No sound issues at all since I switched.
