Dropdown menu for navigate through months/years

Hey, I'm using this plugin for few days and it is really usefull.
But I wisth I coumd modify the way to navigate between the month. I mean the arrow
way is great but I think it could be great to add a select with all the month of the
current year, that way you could go direclty to the month you want.
Is this a bad idea ?
