Icons on event elements
See original GitHub issueOriginally reported on Google Code with ID 739
It would be nice to be able to append an icon preceding/following the time in the event
time span. This would be used, for example, to have an icon indicating an event repeats,
or has an alert.
My thought is to provide an icon and location option that can be appended to each event
based on one or more types defined in the Event properties.
Or possibly the ability to add an additional class to the time span based on an Event
type code. The additional class could contain a background image and position.
Much appreciated!

HI.
First, this project is amazing. Congrats @arshaw. Hope u all ok in this wear covid years
About this, Is the functionality on the last version? If not, any plan on adding it?
Regards!!
Adding icons according to a data field value is a requirement for my usage. Needing to insert it into the DOM at eventRender is inefficient if dealing with a larger number of events, as each will need to go through the callback and doing operations in the DOM thru angular is a big performance drag.
Have you considered offering a templating solution for customizing the rendering of an event’s contents?
