gnirehtet.exe deletes itself

I have managed to get gnirehtet to work but after about 5 seconds it stops working, closer inspection reveals the file does not exist anymore. (Rust version)

Can’t think of much to add, antivirius doesn’t complain and no apparent errors.

I permentantly extracted it to a folder in my downloads with 7zip. However I moved it to my programs folder and took ownership of the files using the commands @Biswa96 suggested and it appears to be working normally now. It looks like it started as administrator this time is and running in the command prompt now instead of in powershell (the new default on windows 10). Possibly a privilege issue then?

It works now which is great though. Thanks for your help!
