No internet access on phone

I’m using a Moto Z running on stock Oreo 8.0. I’ve installed all the prerequisites. When I install gnirehtet it installs the app successfully However, when I run the command, this happens -

And there is no internet on my phone. When I run ping on my phone it takes a while but then it fails.

VPN shows Reverse tethering enabled.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Site cannot provide a secure connection.

Yep, date and time is correct.

Then maybe your company is a man-in-the-middle and decrypts all your SSL connections.
