Release 0.7.0

We have quite some PRs with substantial improvements still in the pipe (postgis, nearest, overlay, parquet IO, pygeos integration, …). Initially, I wanted to have those in 0.7, but now I am more thinking: let’s just release, and release not much after again if some of those have landed (we can release more often).
The main reason is that it would be good to have the CRS refactor out as soon as possible (as people start to see deprecation warnings that can’t be solved yet).
For me, the main blocker is some better documentation for updating how they use .crs and to_crs (but I will try to look at this the coming days)
So maybe release somewhere next week?
