Maximum call stack exceeded

What is the current behavior?
If I import raven-js in React app, I get maxium call stack error like in issue mentioned above. Example of import:
import Raven from "raven-js"
Using version 3.19.1.
What is the expected behavior? Few versions back this problem didn’t occur.
