Description

I am following this documentation on how to enable tracing for an express project. https://docs.sentry.io/performance/distributed-tracing/#nodejs

However we still can’t see transactions recorded in the project.

Aside from the default set-up, I also tried to perform a manual transaction on specific routes but still no luck.

You can view my test project here (without the DSN) - https://github.com/jp6rt/sentry-performance-express

@kamilogorek - It worked after enabling the Performance tab. Thanks a lot. It would be nice if we can note that on the documentation page too.

@jp6rt this looks like the old discovery page. Are you using on-premise or SaaS?

If you are not in the beta groups, then you won’t be able to send transactions to our SaaS. And transactions won’t work in that discover page. You can mail the support team to ask about it:

Sentry’s Performance features are currently in beta. For more details about access to these features, feel free to reach out at performance-feedback@sentry.io.
