can releases deploys VERSION new -e ENVIRONMENT be added?, maybe something like deploys: process.env.NODE_ENV

https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cli/pull/741 javascript deploy command was added, so this can now be integrated in sentry-webpack-plugin
