Player rotation is not updated when teleporting Bedrock players

When a bedrock player is teleported, their yaw and pitch remains the same, even if it is supposed to be updated.
To Reproduce
Run the command /tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~
.
On Java Edition, you will be rotated 10 degrees to the right.
On Bedrock edition, nothing happens.
Expected behavior
The player’s yaw and pitch is set correctly.
Server Version
This server is running Paper version git-Paper-49 (MC: 1.16.1) (Implementing API version 1.16.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) This server is running Waterfall version git:Waterfall-Bootstrap:1.16-R0.1-SNAPSHOT:6bfefea:357 by md_5

I believe we fixed this. Let us know if it’s still an issue.
