[OR-FGBFDL-35] Can not upgrade to Colab Pro

Current behavior: When I click on the “UPGRADE NOW” button on Colab Pro , there will be an error message:

“An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-FGBDL-35]”

My payment method is valid. Also, I have tested different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), devices, accounts, and the error remains. I think it is a common issue related to the Colab website.

When I use Edge, there is a more detailed error message when I click on “UPGRADE NOW”: (The line with some Chinese words is “Unable to execute fetch() on Window: Invalid parameters”)

Google Colab is only available in US and Canada at the moment. If your current web location is not US or CA, then turns out you won’t be able to upgrade. Same is true for temporary travellers outside of US, CA.
