Describe the issue

I had HACS running but never did anything with it so far. Now I’m following documentation that tells me to go into HACS. I went in there, saw a message saying I needed to update it and ran the update. At the end, it told me to reboot Home Assistant, which I did. Now HACS is gone.

I tried reinstalling, but that doesn’t seem to work either.
