docs: update metadata schema docs

Docs here: https://docs.hasura.io/1.0/graphql/manual/how-it-works/metadata-schema.html are outdated.

The task is to generate the Postgres (only hdb_catalog schema) docs on a local machine using a fresh Postgres database initialised by the latest Hasura server. And embed those docs in Hasura docs.

Note: Generated docs can be in any format which can be seamlessly integrated with Hasura docs. Hasura docs are in reStructuredText format
