Add `submitted` tx page for link from wallet
See original GitHub issueWe will need to add a page for the queued
transaction state when a user is routed to the explorer from a submitted (queued) transaction in the web wallet.
Should be done in coordination with the release of: https://github.com/blockstack/stacks-wallet-web/pull/1726
