Description of problem:

iBeacon calibrated power wildly off

https://github.com/home-assistant/android/blob/fe8aa454de453f9a079655f0500e6cf585916e62/app/src/main/java/io/homeassistant/companion/android/bluetooth/ble/TransmitterManager.kt#L18

That lines sets the calibrated power @1m to -59 no matter how powerfully you actually broadcasting at. That messes up room presence since you are declaring you are -59 @ 1m and if on ultra low you are more like -90 @ 1m. Ideally you should be able to edit this value so you can calibrate it yourself. But at the very least a reasonable set of defaults would be better.

Traceback (if applicable, to get the logs you may refer to: https://companion.home-assistant.io/docs/troubleshooting/faqs/#android-crash-logs):

@mloebl @DTTerastar , please see #1764 , it looks like this change broke beacon functionality for some.

So I plan to revert default settings and expose a new property to allow override. Just an FYI as new sensor settings will be needed for this use case.
