Description of problem:
iBeacon calibrated power wildly off
That lines sets the calibrated power @1m to -59 no matter how powerfully you actually broadcasting at. That messes up room presence since you are declaring you are -59 @ 1m and if on ultra low you are more like -90 @ 1m. Ideally you should be able to edit this value so you can calibrate it yourself. But at the very least a reasonable set of defaults would be better.

@mloebl @DTTerastar , please see #1764 , it looks like this change broke beacon functionality for some.
So I plan to revert default settings and expose a new property to allow override. Just an FYI as new sensor settings will be needed for this use case.
as #1716 has been merged a few days ago closing this issue now, you guys may check out the changes in BETA-734 which will be in the play store on Saturday night.
