Tuya smart plug energy monitoring values not updating
See original GitHub issueThe problem
A Tuya smart plug I’m experimenting with does not update its energy monitoring values in HA, they seem to just be stuck at what they were at the time HA was started up. They update fine realtime in the Android app. They do not seem to be updating in the iot.tuya.com device debug view in realtime either unless the Android app is active and showing the values. iot.tuya.com device logs do show the values updating every 10 minutes or so.

Additional information
In case it’s related, the “IoT Data Analytics” option in the create project view that is shown at https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/tuya#create-a-project was not available to me in iot.tuya.com control panel when creating the project. I can locate the button for subscribing to it in Data -> Data Analysis, but the cheapest “basic edition” shown to me there is $3300. So I don’t have that active at the moment.
The “Smart Home Scene Linkage” option wasn’t available at time of project creation either, but I was able to locate and enabled a time limited free trial for it afterwards. But it did not have any effect on this.
Device status notification option was available to me and is enabled.

Where can I read more about the mentioned Local Tuya integration? Neither HA site integration search or HACS search give any hits.
I have the same issue. All of my smart plugs are using ZigBee. Is it possible to add these to LocalTuya?
