command 'HookyQR.beautifyFile' not found

Operating System (+Version): Ubuntu 16.04
VS Code Version: 1.8.1
beautify Version: 0.7.1

Provide the settings you use: (VS Code workspace and user settings, .jsbeautifyrc, .editorconfig)

no custom setting. just fresh installed vscode.

Hi. I tried to use Beautify file by hitting

F1 -> Beautify file

but the error of the title happened. I read the README and notice that .jsbeautifyrc is not must. What did I miss?
