Duplication found in org.intellij.lang.annotations.* modules

Describe the bug Having a list of: "Duplicate class org.intellij.lang.annotations… " errors when run the project after adding the implementation to the gradle file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add the implementation of the library to the gradle file.
2. Press “Sync now”
3. Run the project
4. The error occurs
