[Proposal] Include collections under a dedicated list-item

Situation:

Currently individual collections are rendered as a primary-level list-item and can clutter the default sidebar for a site that has numerous collections. My concerns include:

• this may introduce a vertical scrollbar to the entire sidebar, should the list overflow vertically. (doesn’t look good, IMO, and as scrollbar-CSS-styling doesnt have cross-browser support).
• pushes successive relevant links Data Files, Static Files and Configuration beyond the viewport and requires scrolling down to access them.

Solution:

have the collections fold into an entity labelled Collections ▼ by default.

• the individual collection(s) will only create a scrollbar for that list-item.
• the more relevant links Data Files, Static Files and Configuration will be in view at all times.
