Thanks for your help and suggestions on how to fix this. I’ll spend some more time on this over the weekend.
One thing I’d like to confirm (since you asked) is that I have been using sclang / scynth on this system to generate sounds from supercollider code without issues. Its actually an ideal headless or gui-less setup which was compiled using the official guide from supercollider.
So I agree that It’s most like a configuration difference or perhaps something minor. Let’s see…
