Incompatibility with serverless-plugin-typescript

Every time I try and package I get:

     For debugging logs, run again after setting the "SLS_DEBUG=*" environment variable.

@juanjoDiaz I am experiencing the same issue and put yml plugins in order you specified but does not work.

I am able to use serverless-plugin-typescript without issue:
