Rename the repo to `jupyterlab-desktop`?

Problem

“App” is sometimes also used for web apps, and we have sometimes used the term “lab-based apps” to refer to web applications built with JupyterLab components.

To make it more explicit, maybe we should rename the repo to jupyterlab-desktop? Or jupyterlab-desktop-app?

Proposed Solution

If we decide to do the rename then it’s probably just:

the name of the repo
the title in the README
