Update README.md image

We need to update the image showcasing Kedro-Viz on the Kedro README.md.
Possible Implementation
We need to do a few things in this PR:
- Delete the current image on the Kedro README.md
- And link to the new one that’s on the Kedro-Viz README.md
To accomplish this, do the following:
- Follow the process in our Contribution Guide
- Delete this image
- Go the Kedro README.md
- Remove this line

- And substitute that removed line with the following

- Remove this line
