Dist.X seamless augmentation

To benefit from the fast startup time of Keycloak.X we should first run the build
command.
This step rely on the Quarkus ReAugmentation.
We want to provide to the Keycloak Operator users a seamless experience, therefore the operator can take care of automating as much as possible this step.
