`GetPublishedProcesses()` does not work on Avalonia and Linux
See original GitHub issueAs reported in #3, there is a problem that DiagnosticsClient.GetPublishedProcesses()
does not work forn an Avalonia (GUI) app on Linux. It works for a console app.

I created new project using MVVM template and works fine.
I found oxyplot-avalonia that work with MVVM pattern and .net6. If I recreate functionality of current stage project, then I make proposal to replace project.
