Stop relying on jcenter & bintray
See original GitHub issueAs of yesterday jcenter & bintray are sunsetting so most of the instructions here: https://github.com/kotlin/kotlinx.html/wiki/Getting-started will not work from 1st May 2021.
It would be good to have org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-html-jvm:0.7.2 in maven central.

We’re working on republishing old artifacts to central. There are several central requirements broken and it takes time to make all stuff right. We made the Space publication because it was the fastest way to provide artifacts, while we working on porting everything to central. Sorry for the delay and confusion.
