Support of jupyterlab 3.0.1

See original GitHub issue

In the install guidance, it showed we should install jupyterlab

pip install "jupyterlab>=2.0.0,<3.0.0"

Could we install the newest version of jupyterlab (3.0.1) ?

Thanks
