Bump Cassandra Driver (1.6.x branch)

Lagom 1.6.x depends on https://github.com/akka/akka-persistence-cassandra/ v0.104 which depends on the Cassandra driver v3.7.2. That driver is now a few months old.

We should bump the driver version upstream and when v0.105 is ready update it here.

@ds-steven-matison Hi, we also want to switch to Astra but we have the same issue. Any infos on how to resolve this ?
