[Learning Paths Quiz] Previously selected option not stored

As you can see, I answered the same question “Question 1” thrice. With every new answer for the same question, the number of Attempted questions increments. On visiting the same question once again, the previously selected option is not stored or visible.

Expected Behavior

Highlight the previously selected option for a question on returning to it.
Avoid incrementing the number of questions attempted on changing the answer for the same question.
