[Project] Add project links to the SMI Conformance design specs on the /smi page
See original GitHub issueCurrent Behavior The https://layer5.io/projects/service-mesh-interface is in need of pointing people to the design specs and highlighting the two contributor blog posts on the project.
Desired Behavior The project design specifications should be linked to in this project description.
Implementation
- Create a second button on the page “Design Specifications”.
