The title bar display style is abnormal

Describe the bug

When the window material is not set to None, the title bar displays a line of theme color. The problem appears to have arisen after an update to the system.

To Reproduce

See “WPF UI Gallery".

Expected behavior

With the window material applied, the title bar should look like this:

As for TreeView, rounding has been added in the development branch

Does anyone know any work arounds besides deactivating the backdrop? It’s a rather frustrating bug because deactivating the backdrop does not give any clue about window focus anymore.
