Install dockly using brew

It could be nice adding dockly to brew! Simply by typing brew install dockly.

This way, there is no need to have any dependency other than having brew installed (brew installs node and npm for you if required).

I already tried to do it with a local homebrew formula that I created for dockly and it works 💻 I would love to add it to the official homebrew-core repository and by that enable people to install dockly using brew! and of course adding a section in the docs/readme 😄

@lirantal @DorukAkinci Thanks for you patience. I replied to the PR now requesting for further information since I could not find the solution. I hope they will reply.
