When a delegator switches bonding transcoder, please log previously bonded transcoder.
See original GitHub issueA delegator has bonded to transcoder A. In later round, it bonds to transcoder B. When this happens, a Bond
event is logged with transcoder B. Transcoder A is unbonded, its stake has changed, but is not logged in any event. In order to accurately track stake changes of transcoders. Please log previously bonded transcoder. Thanks!
