When a delegator switches bonding transcoder, please log previously bonded transcoder.

A delegator has bonded to transcoder A. In later round, it bonds to transcoder B. When this happens, a Bond event is logged with transcoder B. Transcoder A is unbonded, its stake has changed, but is not logged in any event. In order to accurately track stake changes of transcoders. Please log previously bonded transcoder. Thanks!

@chunxi We’ll make an announcement in various channels (i.e. forum, Twitter, etc.) detailing what proposals are included in a mainnet upgrade and we can ping you then as well
