First I would change m2 to magento2 so that’s consistent with other magento2 repo names, such as magento2-sample-data, magento2-jp, magento2-kubernetes-devbox, etc.).
Second I would opt for one of the following:
There’s already a repo called: magento2-patches-tool, so would consistent to use “tool” at the end for such repos. End result would be something like “magento2-frontend-tool”
