Version 2.0

I decided to revise some points in manga-py and prepare version 2.0 If there are any wishes, I’ll be happy to hear it.

The basic idea remains the same.

1. This will not contain anything other than cli.
2. This will improve over time.
3. It will always be free.

In addition, there will be improvements in the form of a new api (now it will be possible to manage the work more flexibly). You will be able to show the logging of the work. You will be able to add your own providers! The code will become more readable and laconic. (At least I will strive for this) You will be able to transfer the list of addresses for download! The --update-all #59 option appears It will be possible to change the format of images. And much more.
