I’ve reverted back to 2.0.0 just in case that was the problem but I can’t seem to get it working on 2.1.1 either.

Oh sorry, it seems I forgot to explain the reason.

First of all, this plugin DOESN’T support browser platform.

Second, I guess you use serve command, but that is not supposed.
