Do not apply strikethrough to completed tasks

Mark Text renders checked task list items as struck through. This differs from how GitHub renders them and makes it impossible to distinguish entries that are actually struck through from those that are not.

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:
Both entries are struck through.

Triple-strike is a little odd, I prefer @adrienbeau saied, use a lighter grey color?
Personally, I find it easier to read my document without the reduction in contrast—a check mark is enough to show that a task is complete—but if you want to keep the gray color, I won’t complain.
