Post-process all content external links to set the right attributes
See original GitHub issueToday, the only thing that happens with external links is that they get the class="external"
automatically set on them at build-time. We should extend that to be target="_blank"
and rel="noopener noreferrer"
as well.

That is what our analytics tell us. We have very, very few people using the site with older browsers. It does happen, but rarely.
I disagree to open in a new window (pretty at all). Besides, the story is lost which is something I find inconvenient.
