MacOS (Darwin) support

See original GitHub issue

Description

Extending Titan platform support to include macOS. Mono (Xamarin on Darwin) and Eto.Forms have macOS support and this is very well doable.

I have also talked with a bunch of people that are stuck on macOS and there is interest in porting Titan to macOS.

Roadmap

  • Port existing Windows- & Linux-only code to macOS
  • Test it out on a macOS system (I don’t one one myself but this will be achieved somehow)
  • Setup CircleCI or TravisCI to build the .app on macOS
