CLU & QnA Maker through custom question answering not working

When using a subscription key for QnA Maker from a CLU custom question answering KB the bot won’t start in Composer with the following error:
Sorry, something went wrong with publishing. Try again or exit out of this task.
Qnamaker build failed: Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Settings
- Add a QnA Maker Subscription key coming from a CLU custom question answering resource
- Start bot
Expected behavior
A bot should be able to support CLU & custom question answering

I can pass the sentiment along to the team, but I have no further information on support for CQA in Composer to offer. At this time, only the older services are supported.
@anishprasad01 the Language service has been deployed in North Europe. So that should be good. But could you please tell me if this is supported by Composer? And pls reopen the issue as it has not been resolved, thanks!
