Describe the feature that you would like added

RN-SVG doesn’t support RN 0.63 / the new PlatformColor API yet. This blocks us from creating any @fluentui-react-native/icon using a PlatformColor. This is a divergence from the rest of our color tokens that we would like to resolve. To do so, we’ll need to update the RN-SVG repo
