"Resize pictures" not available in context menu.

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.17763.1039
PowerToys version: 0.16.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Image Resizer

Steps to reproduce

Select pictures in a given folder (tried multiple locations); “Resize pictures” is not an available context menu option. Interestingly “Power Rename” IS an option.

Hi Arjun, Enabling UAC from lowest to default setting got the option to show in context menu now; good stuff! Kind regards, Nicolas
