"Resize pictures" not available in context menu.

PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Image Resizer
Steps to reproduce
Select pictures in a given folder (tried multiple locations); “Resize pictures” is not an available context menu option. Interestingly “Power Rename” IS an option.
